My cultural background is Maltese and British and I speak both languages of origin fluently. I was brought up in the Catholic tradition and moved away from that form in my early teens, I explored many traditions in search for something that I sensed but could not name, among them Paganism , Druidry, Occult, Spiritualism and the Hindu traditions. I finally settled on Buddhism in 1998 as the one that addressed the heart of the issue most dramatically for my self.

In 1998 I started practicing Tibetan Buddhism and in1999 I received a one year monks ordination at Kagyu Samye Ling, in Scotland UK. In 2004 I discovered Genpo Roshi and the Big Mind process and I was totally hooked. I have lived and trained with Genpo Roshi in Salt Lake City, Utah. These days I live in the beautiful coastal city of Brighton in the south of England with a beautiful group of people.

I am a student of Genpo Roshi and a facilitator in the Big Mind phenomena.
